Jan 15 2o17 Planning a phone campaign for a nonprofit that wishes to grow its membership. The goal is to reach 25 contacts per day which often means having to dial twice as many phone numbers.
Sep 28 2016. Less than four weeks remain before the South African Chamber of Commerce in America - WA State chapter (SACCA-WA) has its signature event. Thanks to Emirates Airline for being the presenting sponsor.

Learning@Lunch
Founded in June 2014 for nonprofits focusing on financial support from the Corporate Community, the Corporate Giving Network hosts Learning@Lunch sessions on the second Thursday of the month. Topics discussed include sponsorships, philanthropy, employee engagement, workplace giving and cause marketing partnerships.
Join us as we explore the opportunities, challenges and trends in corporate philanthropy (grants), sponsorships, employee engagement and cause-related marketing.

April 2017 Meeting
The session focused on the highlights of the annual conference held on March 2 2017.
The workshop was facilitated by CGN president Joy Stephens who led the conversation using five main topics as talking points: 1.) sponsorship 2.) employee engagement and workplace giving 3.) corporate philanthropy 4.) corporate social responsibility and 5.) cause-related marketing.
With each topic the focus was to identify key points that the conference attendees agreed were helpful when doing their jobs of increasing their number of corporate donors and sponsors.
January 2017 Meeting
Our guest speaker was Joe Filoseta, a serial entrepreneur and senior executive with broad operating, sales and marketing experience in financial services and application software development.
We discussed the dynamics of a private company, how they are organized, how they differ from public large corporations and how you can tap into their social conscience to benefit your nonprofit’s cause.
